Charge for first hour is £30 (plus parts) then by each half hour £10.

If we can not fix the computer on site then an estimate will be provided before further action is taken.

Minimum on site charge (This will be charged in the event of calls where no fault is found or an 'instant fix' is applied and no other work is required) - £20
